I picked up a few masks from MASKC they’ve been comfortable so far. They breathe better than most masks I’ve tried, even when I’m wearing one for a couple hours. They’re not totally perfect on really hot days, but that uncomfortable stuffiness feels preventable with these compared to others. Overall, solid masks and I’d give them 4 stars.

I ordered from shopmaskc.com and ended up needing to return a few things that didn’t fit the way I expected. The return process wasn’t terrible, but the info wasn’t exactly easy to find, so I had to dig around more than I’d like.
The refund did eventually show up, but it took longer than I expected, and customer service wasn’t very quick to respond. Nothing went horribly wrong, but the whole thing made me trust them a little less for future orders.

I was trying to place my order, but the payment screen froze on me twice, which was annoying. Then the shipping fee didn’t show up until late in the checkout process, so the total ended up being more than I expected. I get that glitches happen, but it made the whole experience frustrating, and I’d expect some kind of discount or compensation for the hassle...

The mask looked fine at first, but the nose wire is weak and wouldn’t sit tight around my nose. I kept messing with it over and over, and my glasses still fogged up anyway, which is always fun. Definitely not planning to buy from shopmaskc.com again.

I tried to place an order, but the website was such a pain to use. The menus kept glitching and I couldn’t even find where to check out. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person I could talk to for help, just the usual automated stuff. I ended up wasting a lot of time and left annoyed...

It feels fine for everyday use, but I’m not really convinced it offers enough protection. I’d say it’s around average, not bad, just not as sturdy as I was hoping.

I ordered some masks from MASKC and at first I was happy with them. They looked nice, fit okay, and were comfy enough to wear for a while.

After using them for a bit though, they didn’t hold up as well as I was hoping. A couple of them started feeling loose sooner than expected, and the fabric just didnt seem to stay in great shape.

Overall, they’re not bad, but not amazing either. I might buy them again if they were on sale, but for the price I kinda expected them to last longer.

I found the site cluttered and cheap-looking. It made it harder for me to focus on what I actually needed, and the whole design just didn’t feel very polished

It just didn’t fit my face right at all. The sizing felt off, so it wasn’t comfortable for me.

The mask itself is fine, but the ear loops started hurting after wearing it for a little while. I felt like that part was kind of brushed off, even though it makes a big difference if you need to keep it on for more than a short time.

The colors are... fine, I guess. Nothing really wrong with them, but I was kind of hoping there would be a few more options to choose from.

I ordered one design and a totally different mask showed up. I was going to just keep it, but it’s not what I wanted, so I’m disappointed.

I ordered from MASKC and overall it was okay. The masks themselves look nice and are comfortable enough, so no big complaints there. But the shipping was kind of frustrating. It took longer than I expected, the tracking wasn’t very clear, and the package looked like it had been handled carelessly by the time it got to me. Nothing was totally ruined, but it definitely didn’t give the best impression. For the price, the quality seems decent, just not amazing. I might order again if there’s a sale, but I’m not totally sure

It’s decent overall, I guess. The material feels a little thinner than I expected and isn’t quite as soft as I was hoping, but it’s still usable.

The box showed up a bit crushed, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the mask inside was fine, but this really should be packed better to avoid possible damage. I’d expect a little more care and accountability with shipping, especially for something that could easily get bent or damaged.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and never really got a clear answer. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, or maybe I’m overthinking it, but it felt like no one was properly checking the messages. I get that delays happen, but being left waiting without any real update was frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again.

I ordered from shopmaskc.com and I think the masks showed up quickly, maybe a few days later? my week was a blur, so I might be mixing up the timing, but I remember not feeling like shipping took forever. The fit was okay too, comfortable and not the worst masks I’ve tried.
The main thing was the smell when I opened the pack. It had that strong chemical or plasticky odor, and at first I thought maybe it would fade in an hour, but I ended up leaving them out until the next day before using them. They’re usable, just not amazing right out of the package.

I tried this mask for just a short time, and my skin ended up red and itchy. Maybe it’s just my sensitive skin, but who wants to deal with irritation after wearing a mask for a little while? Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from MASKC it showed up faster than I expected. The tracking updated normally too, so that part was easy. The only thing was the box came a little bent, and when I mentioned it, I didn’t really feel like they cared much. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did feel kind of dismissed. Still, the shipping speed was good.

The delivery took way too long. Like, way longer than they said it would, and it just kept dragging on. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea where my order was half the time. I contacted support, but they basically just kept telling me to wait, which was really annoying because I had already been waiting and waiting. The whole thing felt unreliable, and the delay was just too much. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
